Refund and Exchange Policy

Refunds

Prior to shipment, if you choose to cancel your order, we will refund your order for the full amount back to the form of payment used for the order. We do not have restocking fees for refunds.

Refunds are processed through our payment processor, Stripe. THe average amount of time for refunds to be processed is 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@sunbelttransplants.com.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. If you have received low or bad quality merchandise, we will require proof of product quality within 3 days of receipt of delivery as an image by email.

Upon receipt of proof of bad or damaged merchandise approval of exchange by Sunbelt Transplants, we will ship your new products to you via UPS ground shipping only.

Shipping Returns

We do not accept returns. If your product has been deemed damages or bad, it is your responsibility to dispose of it.
